Kubungabunga ubuzima bw’amaso ni kimwe mu bintu bikenewe muri gahunda za buri wese, yaba mu kuyarinda ibyayangiriza ndetse no kumenya ibiribwa byafasha imirebere myiza itarimo uburwayi.

Ibiribwa bikurikira bikungahaye mu gusukura imboni y’umuntu ndetse bikarinda ijisho kurwara umuntu akareba neza nk'uko Ikinyamakuru Nutraby.com cyita ku mirire cyabitangaje.

         1.     Karoti

“Carrot” benshi bazihekenya ari mbisi, abandi bazikoramo umutobe, mu gihe abandi baziteka mu mboga. Uretse ibyo, karoti zakorwamo ibindi byinshi birimo n’amavuta asigwa ku ruhu. 

Izi mboga zizwi nka karoti zikungahaye ku byitwa Beta –Carotene ndetse na vitamin A birinda amaso kwangirika agahora areba neza, ndetse akarinda amaso guhumaguza mu gihe cya nijoro hatangiye kuza umwijima.  

        2.     Imboga rwatsi 

Izi mboga rwatsi zirimo nka Epinari zikungahaye kuri Lutein, Zeaxanthin, antioxidants birinda amaso kwangirika, ndetse n’uburwayi buzwi nka “Macular Degeneration “AMD”.

3.     Ibijumba

Ibijumba bimwe mu biryo bikungahaye ku isukari y’umwimerere. Bikungahaye kandi kuri Beat-Carotene iba muri karoti bigafasha amaso kubona neza ndetse ijisho rikagumana ibara ryaryo.

        4.     Amagi 

Amagi akungahaye kuri Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Zinc, bifite umumato ukomeye wo kurinda igice cy’ijisho kizwi nka “ Retina”. Iki gice cya Retina gifite akamaro ko kugabanya urumuri amaso areba ikanafasha gusobanura ibyo ureba, yaba amafoto n’ibindi.

         5.     Orange

Bimwe bita amarongi birimo vitamin A ndetse na vitamin C, bikagira na Antioxidant . Izi ntungamubiri zirimo  zifasha ijisho kubobera rikoroha ibyo bigatuma imyanda irimo isohoka binyuze mu marira. 

         6.     Brocoli

Izi mboga ziraryoha cyane kandi zifasha benshi barwaye indwara zirimo kubura amaraso ahagije mu mubiri. Brocoli ifite vitamibi C, Beta-Carotene,Lutein, bifasha amaso guhangana n’indwara zayibasira zirimo n’ubuhumyi.

Iki kinyamakuru gitanga inama ivuga ko, bikwiye kuri buri wese ko yegera muganga akamusuzumira amasoye ko ari mazima, inshuro irenze imwe mu mwaka, harindwa ko yarwara akangirika, kuko kuyavuza bigora rimwe na rimwe akangirika burundu.
