Hosting of the 2025/2026 National Examinations Marking Exercise and Invitation to Preparatory Meeting
The National Examination and School Inspection Authority (NESA) is pleased to inform you that a number of schools located in your respective districts have been selected to host the marking exercise for the 2025/2026 National Examinations.
The marking exercise will cover Primary, Ordinary Level (O-Level), Advanced Level (A-Level) in General Education, Professional Education and Technical Secondary Schools, and is planned to take place during the months of July and August 2026.
In this regard, we kindly request you to inform the concerned schools in your district, as listed in the Annex attached to this letter, about their selection and to guide them to begin the necessary preparations to host this important national activity. The annex provides detailed information on each selected centre, including the level, marking dates, and number of markers and checkers.
Furthermore, NESA is organizing a preparatory meeting for all heads of the selected marking centres and their school accountants to discuss key technical, logistical, and administrative arrangements for the marking exercise. The meeting is scheduled to take place on Monday, 04 May 2026, at the NESA, from 09:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m.
