Sobanukirwa neza: Ese waruziko kurya inzara bishobora kuba ikimenyetso cyibibazo byo mumutwe

Nubwo abantu benshi bashobora kurya inzara rimwe na rimwe bitewe n’irungu cyangwa ubwoba, iyo bikorwa kenshi kandi bikabije, bizwi nka onychophagia, bishobora kuba ikimenyetso cy’ibibazo byo mu mutwe bikomeye bitagomba kwirengagizwa.

Kurya inzara bishobora kuba bifitanye isano n’ibi bikurikira:

1. Kugira ibibazo mu kugenzura amarangamutima

Abantu benshi barya inzara bashobora kuba bafite ikibazo cyo kudashobora gucunga neza amarangamutima yabo nka umujinya, agahinda, ubwoba cyangwa irungu.

Kurya inzara biba uburyo bwo kugabanya stress cyangwa guhunga ibitekerezo bibakomereye.

5. Kuramuka umuntu afite ubukana mu kwumva ibimukikije (Sensory Processing Sensitivity)

Kurya inzara si ingeso gusa – rimwe na rimwe ni uburyo umubiri n’ubwonko byohereza ubutumwa bw’uko hari ikitagenda neza imbere. Kumva impamvu zibyihishe inyuma ni intambwe ya mbere yo gutangira gukira no kugira ubuzima bwiza bwo mu mutwe.
